Come out and learn sustainability, forestry, and environmental science from the foresters at the Georgia Forestry Commission! Boys and Girls welcome!!
This event is open to all youth ages 11-17, you do not have to be a scout to come and learn! In partnership with the Georgia Forestry Commission, the Boy Scouts of America is excited to offer a learning experience that will explore the work of the foresters! GFC foresters will be teaching youth about sustainability, environmental science, and forestry. Lunch is provided in the cost of admission. Please register through the Central Georgia Council website!
Scouts will be able to earn these badges, however all youth are encouraged to come and learn from professional foresters!
