Jason was diagnosed in July 2013 with stage 4 melanoma on his neck that was inoperable because the tumor was so close to his carotid artery. Jason passed away on Oct. 24, 2014. Proceeds from this benefit will go to his wife and two children to help with medical and funeral expenses. Please come join us to honor the memory of Jason and offer support to his family.
