Last month the Macon League of Creative Interventionists discussed spots to post wayfinding signage created with the online platform Walk [Your City] to help get more feet on the streets in Macon. Everyone is invited to enjoy some warm apple cider and join our next meeting on Monday, November 2 at SparkMacon to plan an intervention to post the 22 signs around town. 

And since November is a month about sharing and gratitude, we are asking folks to bring items to the meeting to support Daybreak – A Project of Depaul USA. Contributions needed include: sugar and coffee; quick-cooking oats and grits; canned soups, vegetables, and fruits; chips and packaged cookies; dish and laundry detergent; paper towels and toilet paper. It’s getting cold, so feel free to also bring any winter accessories you don’t wear.
