The last Saturday of each month, Macon Writers’ Group hosts a workshop. Each workshop consists of members for other members to constructively critique. Each workshop also has a small writing class/exercise component hosted by poet and editor Danielle Grisamore. 

We invite writers in all genres — come and learn a few things, speak with your peers, and just enjoy writing.

Macon Writers’ Group was initially created by Dr. Shane Trayers as a free group dedicated to giving writers in Macon, Georgia a community and safe space to share their work.
