The Porter Family Memorial Fine Arts Building serves as a cultural center for the campus and community. Generous parking is illuminated at night and located directly behind the building; a large horseshoe drive in front facilitates valet parking or drop-off service for guests. Porter’s large lobby was restored in 2009 and offers a generous reception area with restrooms. Flanking the sides of the lobby are the East & West Cowles Myles Collier Art Galleries. The West Gallery houses works from Wesleyan’s permanent collections. The East Gallery houses traveling, faculty, and student exhibitions.
